Jake Mathew has more than 20 years of experience as a healthcare revenue cycle visionary and architect of industry leading technology. Hospitals and physician practices of all sizes have leveraged Jake’s industry experience to stabilize their billing practices and implemented MBOS’ services to fully recognize increased revenue through compliant and streamlined workflows.
Jake was the Director of Information Technology at Rush Hospital’s (Chicago, IL) for-profit company, Arc Ventures, Inc.’s healthcare receivables division and later served with Health Management Systems (HMS, New York) and as Vice President of Product Development for MEDI.COM, prior to its acquisition by Emdeon.
Jake continues to be recognized for managing complex situations in the healthcare revenue cycle continuum by using cost-efficient methodologies, creating synergies through the use of smart technology workflow, and leveraging the human aspects necessary for personal interactions. He managed the largest Medicaid clearinghouse for Illinois claims.
Charlie Worthley, IT Leadership
Charlie has over a decade of direct experience working in the healthcare IT space. He brings experience with multiple levels of Microsoft tools and systems administration capabilities to MBOS. MBOS customers have relied on Charlie’s experience during the implementation and conversions of host systems to fully leverage MBOS’ proprietary workflow software solutions.
Charlie’s IT leadership also includes project planning for customer engagements and resource allocation and this specific experience has proven extremely valuable to the success of MBOS and that of our customers.
Glenn Krauss, BBA, RHIA, CCS, CCS-P, CPUR, FCS, PCS, CCDS, C-CDI, C-DAM
Glenn Krauss is well-recognized and respected subject matter expert in the revenue cycle with a specialized emphasis and focus upon collaborating and working closely with physicians in promoting, advocating for, educating and achieving sustainable improvement in clinical documentation that accurately reflects and reports the communication of fully informed coordinated patient care. His experiences include working with a wide variety of healthcare systems spanning the entire spectrum ranging from critical access hospitals, community hospitals, Federal Qualified Healthcare Centers to large academic medical centers, and fully integrated healthcare systems. He possesses twenty-five plus years of progressive practical hands-on experience in clinical coding and documentation improvement, subscribing to the philosophy that quality of medical record documentation strongly correlates with the overall quality of care achieved and the overall achievement of a high performing revenue cycle.
Craig Mills, Director of Sales, CDI and Revenue Cycle
Craig Mills has over 25 years of healthcare experience beginning with his clinical work at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in Houston, TX. Mr. Mills transitioned into sales to further help healthcare providers succeed through strong vendor interactions and building trusted advisor relationships. Working for some of the largest and innovative clinical and revenue cycle vendors in the marketplace, including UnitedHealth Group, Nuance, McKesson and The Shams Group, Mr. Mills has had the pleasure to assist some of the most well-known and established hospitals and healthcare systems in the world to address their own particular revenue cycle challenges.
